Ingredients List:

One individual fat free yogurt pot
One tablespoon of sugar free granola
One banana, sliced

Instructions:

An individual pot of fat free yogurt is a perfect portion size and gives you masses of calcium. However you need more than that for breakfast, so add a tablespoon of sugar free granola for a bit of starch, protein and carbohydrate, plus a sliced banana giving you a slow release of energy through the morning and you have the perfect breakfast.
