
A healthy eating idea.
It only takes a couple of minutes to cook a pair of tuna steaks on the griddle, so I like to accompany the tuna with something equally quick and simple to prepare. The tuna steaks are low fat and full of goodness and the salsa is only sweetened by fresh mango.
Peel. deseed and chop the mango in 1cm cubes. Now finely chop the onion and chilli and add to the mango. Stir in the corriander and the salsa is almost done.
Brush a little of the oil onto the tuna steaks and then pour the rest of the oil into the salsa and give it a final stir.
Cook the tuna on a griddle pan for 2-4 minutes on eiither side before serving with the delicious low fat salsa.
