Suitable for Vegetarians
A juicy tasting smoothie full of summer flavours. The riper the fruit the better.
Serves 2
10 large strawberries
15 raspberries
20 blueberries
1 pint of fresh apple juice
Handful of ice cubes
Put all the ingredients into a blender/smoothie maker and blend well.
If you don't mind the pips from the berries pour straight into a glass. Otherwise strain through a seive first to remove the pips.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.
