Only use fresh locally produced strawberries during the summer. The off-season supermarket strawberries taste of worse than nothing.
1 cup of strawberries 1/4 cup of soft tofu 1/2 cup of skimmed milk tablespoon of museli.
I have used 'cups' to indicate these are approximate weights. Who wants to measure accurately first thing in the morning?
Just blend the strawberries, tofu and milk all together. If you like it thicker add a couple of ice cubes and once smooth, place in a bowl and sprinkle with museli. This is a real healthy smoothie that tastes amazing.
