Suitable for Vegetarians
I created this smoothie to celebrate the first day of spring. It went down a treat.
1/2 glass of cranberry juice
1 banana
1 desertspoon of local honey
3 tablespoons fresh blueberries
4 ice cubes
1 tablespoon low fat yogurt
Stick it all together in a blender an whizz away untill all the ice cubes have gone. It should take on the consistency of half melted icecream.
