Roasted Asparagus recipe

Asparagus is amazingly sweet and delicious when the spears are roasted in the oven.

 

Ingredients List:

Asparagus Spears
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper

Instructions:

Drizzle a little oil over the Asparagus Spears and roast in a shallow oven tray for 15 minutes on a high heat. Add Balsamic Vinegar, Salt and Pepper to taste and serve.
