Serves 2
100 grams frozen peas (defrosted)
4 spring onions/scallions finely chopped
5 rashers of bacon (trimmed of fat)
1 dessertspoon olive oil
Salt and pepper
Grill the bacon and cut into 1 inch pieces. In a bowl mix together the peas, chopped onion and bacon with the olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
