A unique salad from the USA featuring chicken and tomato with sweet and sour notes.
2 skinned chicken breasts lighty brushed with olive oil
100 grammes sweetcorn
1 ripe banana
2 tomatoes
1 small lettuce
small bunch of watercress
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
This recipe serves two people. Griddle the chicken till cooked and allow to cool. Meanwhile chop the tomatoes, banana and lettuce up into small chucks and toss in the sweetcorn and watercress. dress the salad with the white wine vinegar, cut the cooled chicken in slices and serve imediately.
