I thought this would be flavourless, but it is actually the egg whte that has more flavour than the yolk in an omlette.
2 Egg Whites
1 teaspoon olive oil
black pepper
Separate the eggs and discard the yolks, the white is fat free and still makes a lovely light breakfast omlette. Whip the egg whites and fry in the olive oil just as you would a normal omlette. Serve with black pepper.
