Beans on Toast recipe

Baked Beans on toast has been a cheap supper for generations, but most people forget about the humble baked bean as a diet recipe. A half can of Heinz Baked Beans has just 207 calories and hardly any fat. Heated and served on wholemeal toast you have a very filling and surprisingly delicious meal that will total less than the magic 300 calories.

 

Ingredients List:

Half a tin of Baked Beans
Slice of wholemeal bread
Black pepper
pinch of corriander leaves (chopped)

Instructions:

It couldn't be easier. heat the beans which are already cooked and pour over toasted bread. I like to sprinkle black pepper and corriander over the top.
