Banana Smoothie recipe

A healthy eating idea.

Suitable for Vegetariansvegetarian

This thick banana smoothie is deliciously indulgent yet has no added sugar and is very low fat. The secret is the blend of soya and skimmed milk together with the ice cubes that really thickens the drink.

 

Ingredients List:

1 ripe banana 100ml skimmed milk 100ml soya milk 1/2 teaspoonful of lime juice 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder 5 ice cubes

Instructions:

Blitz all the ingredients together in a blended till the ice cubes have dissapeared. Serve with a grating of lemon zest sprinked on top.
