Satisfy a sweet tooth craving with this low fat dessert.
Serves 2
2 large ripe bananas
2 tablespoons of low fat fromage frais
Ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons of brown sugar
Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees centigrade.
Bake the bananas in the oven for around 15 to 20 minutes, or until the skin starts to blacken.
Remove the bananas from the oven and carefully remove the skin from the flesh. Place the flesh in a bowl and top with a tablespoon of low fat fromage frais, a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and a teaspoon of sugar.
