Suitable for Vegetarians
I love apple juice and normally drink it au naturel, but for this little drink I am prepared to make an exception
2 large apples
1 small celery stick
1 large handful of mint leaves
Use a juicer to get the juce out of the apples and celery. The sprigs of mint should be crushed up (pestle and mortar is good and left to infuse in the juice for half an hour. Alternatively simply juice them in with the fruit too, but remove any stems which can be woody and bitter.
