Porridge is the breakfast choice for healthy slimmers

Oats are probably the healthiest breakfast option around

Lots of research is showing the importance of oats in reducing both cancer and heart disease. Added to this is the fact that a BIG bowl of porridge, when made with water is less than 200 calories means lots of dieters are choosing scotch porridge oats as their breakfast of choice.

I went down the supermarket aisles looking at the cost of cerials the other day. Wanna gues which breakfast option was the cheapest?  Yup, Porridge wins again.
